For the last 30 years, it has been my greatest joy to support students, families and staff to shape future generations through my dedication to high expectations and excellence. One of the key learnings from my career is the importance of growing more leaders to continue to serve our school communities with strong and polished leaders to carry on this work. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Leadership Development

Providing keynote presentations, retreats, workshops and professional learning on diamond level leadership excellence, team building, change management, equity, school board relations, climate and culture, growing teacher leaders, affinity pipelines, aspiring principals and supporting the instructional core as well as other topics as requested. 

School-based Leadership Mentor and Coach

Providing service as a thought partner to be a sounding board for ideas and think through problems and solutions as well as serve as a critical coach to provide constructive feedback in developing essential instructional leadership skills and practices. Providing consultation and support services for change management, school improvement planning, academic reviews, data literacy, organizational management tasks and strategies, systems and processes review, safety and security review, instructional walkthroughs, teaching and learning alignments, student engagement analysis, accountability, polishing school administrators and teacher leaders.

Communications & Engagement

Providing professional learning and support services with multicultural strategic communications and engagement planning, crisis communication planning, communications audits, community event planning, personal branding coaching, effective communication strategies for success and other communication and engagement assistance as needed to include development of collateral materials.  

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is a portal to growth that is person-focused versus problem-focused. It is the coach partnering with the client in thought-provoking and creative processes to inspire the client to maximize their potential. It is systematic and structured with opportunities for improvements within the structure. It is forward-thinking with one part insight and one part action. Executive coaching is not consulting that delivers a fix, it is not mentoring that accelerates learning, nor is it feedback or therapy. The executive coaching process is designed to help leaders improve their leadership skills and performance. It is designed to help the client achieve their goals and improve their effectiveness. These sessions are conducted one on one. 

School Improvement & Data Literacy

Providing support in developing and/or reviewing school improvement plans, monitoring tools and processes tools, completing comprehensive needs assessments, professional learning and checks for curriculum and assessment alignment, supporting professional learning communities, facilitating data talks and data-informed decision making to help set and determine student outcomes and providing data literacy professional learning to impact improvements. For those needing additional support with data management and access, data presentations and booklets, as well historical data sets and trends analysis, can be developed and prepared. 

Instructional Leadership

Providing professional learning and support services for school improvement, data literacy services and application, support academic reviews, evaluation and observation tools, instructional walkthroughs, curriculum alignment, grading for equity practice, professional learning communities, multi-tier systems of support, instructional coaching, curriculum design, lesson plan design with accompanying observation tool, formative and summative assessments, developing learning targets, instructional processes and procedures and program evaluations.

Strategic Planning

Providing services for stakeholder engagement, communications, SWOT analysis, development of vision and mission statements, identification of beliefs and core values, data analysis, goal setting, selection and setting of key performance indicators, progress monitoring tools and other supports as needed.

Organizational Performance & Management

Providing consultation and support for project management, assessing the functionality and operational efficiency of the organization, teams and external parties as well the systems and processes, and success driven management strategies.
